Serving in a combat air force unit taught me everything about discipline, leadership, and precision. It wasn't about flying — it was about responsibility, teamwork, and staying composed under extreme pressure. Those lessons became the foundation of how I lead and operate today.

Later, as a commercial pilot, I developed a deep respect for aviation — the systems, the safety, and the people who make it all work. Understanding the responsibility behind every decision gave me a new perspective on excellence, and that same mindset is now part of IsraJets' DNA.
With no shortcuts, no investors, and no safety net — just persistence, belief, and purpose — I built IsraJets from the ground up. It started as an idea to do things differently, to bring honesty and reliability back into private aviation. That vision turned into a company people trust.

At the core of everything I do is family. Being a full-time dad and husband keeps me grounded and gives meaning to the mission. IsraJets carries that same energy — a place where relationships matter and people come first.

My brother. My cousin. My team. IsraJets was built hand in hand with family. Every milestone is shared — every success a reflection of our unity, trust, and shared vision. Family has always been our compass and the heart of our growth.
At a certain point, I realized that building something meaningful required more than facilitating flights — it required ownership of how they're operated. I made the decision to acquire a long-established FAA Part 135 operator, because true responsibility in aviation can't be outsourced. It was a challenging step, but one that aligned with everything I believe in.
With the future in mind, I introduced IsraFly as the operating arm of what we're building. IsraFly represents structure, safety, and precision, allowing us to operate and manage aircraft with intention and oversight. Every flight reflects the standards I expect, and the values that have guided me from the very beginning.
The next evolution was ownership. Through IsraFly, we acquired our first aircraft — a Hawker 800XPi. This wasn't about expansion or headlines; it was about accountability. Owning and operating our own aircraft turned vision into execution and created the foundation for what comes next.
The future of IsraJets is being built with intention. With operational control through IsraFly and the responsibility of owning and managing aircraft, the focus now is on creating a private aviation platform that's designed to last. One that values discipline over shortcuts, structure over speed, and leadership over hype. The vision is clear: continue expanding our operational capabilities, growing a managed fleet, and refining every part of the client experience — while staying grounded in the principles that shaped this journey from the start. Growth will be measured, thoughtful, and always aligned with the standards we set for ourselves. What we're building goes beyond flights or transactions.
